Now, if there’s one thing I really can’t stand (in a competitive field, I might add), it’s a mindlessly repetitive digital task.

Nothing boils my broccoli quite like it!

Fuelled by a burning desire to banish such drudgery, I’m perpetually on the hunt for tools that boost my efficiency and unlock time in my working day.

And here I am to share a few of the best with you.

(Alas, if you work for a company that’s rendered your laptop half useless with excessive security measures, this one’s not for you).

Introducing 5 productivity apps that I’d confidently say give me back >12 hours per week.

✉️ Boomerang

Send messages later, get email reminders, snooze messages, and schedule meetings within leading email platforms (Gmail/Outlook).

🌐 Workona

Manage tabs, organise projects, and bring together all of your work in the cloud.

⌨️ Text Blaze

Save text snippets and insert them anywhere on the web using keyboard shortcuts.

✂️ TextSniper

Quickly capture and recognise any text from your Mac’s screen, and paste it as plain text into another document.

📣 Speechify

Turn text into natural sounding voice to breeze through your written content 2–3x faster than it takes to read it.

So, there you have it — my current collection for conquering the workweek and reclaiming those precious hours.

I’d be sinking in cybersand without them!

And yet, the hunt persists…

Let’s down the drudgery together!
