A brand/marketing lesson I’ve learned

During a crisis, people instinctively seek information and comfort, as evidenced by the predictable increase in searches for updates and resources that accompany such events.

Yet, alongside that, search data shows that there’s also a surprising desire for humour or even unsettling content related to the crisis…
